Check-In/Check-Out Times

Check-In for our cabins is after 2:00p.m. Check-Out is by 11:00a.m.

We are glad that you decided to stay with us during your trip to Mountian View. Check-In is after 2:00p.m. If you find that you will be arriving later in the evening, don't worry, we will be available until 10:00p.m. If it will be later than that, we will leave directions to your cabin for you and we can complete the check-in process the next morning.

We understand that not everyone is always on time, but if you have not checked out by 12:00p.m., you will be charged $25 late check-out fee. If you have not checked out by 3:00p.m. you will be charged for another full nights stay.

Pets

We love pets just as much as you do, however, we do not allow them to stay anymore.

We apologize to the responsible pet owners.

For 10 years we have enjoyed the animals that have stayed here, but do to recent events and irresponsible owners, we can no longer allow pets.

We have made this decision because we strive for our rooms to be the cleanest they can be. We would once again like to thank those who have pets and stayed with us that were great responsible owners, you were the reason we kept allowing pets.

Smoking

All of our cabins and rooms are smoke-free,

however you are welcome to step outside and smoke.

If you do smoke in our cabins, there will be a $50.00 charge added to your bill and you will be put on our "Do Not Rent" list. This ensures that those people who stay with us that are allergic to cigarette smoke can enjoy their stay as well as those who simply want their cabin to be as fresh as it can.
